    Three Simple Steps To Activate LOA!

    On a road trip last month I learned about three simple steps to activate LOA.

    The trip led us to see Esther Hicks in Fort Lauderdale. For those of you that don’t know who Esther (Abraham) are you can learn about them at

    The workshop is held in a question and answer format. At the end, Abraham addressed the entire audience and listed three daily practices for all of us to do. Our group loved them! I’m sharing them with you because they are simple and powerful.

    Three Simple Steps to Activate LOA!

    Meditate 20 Minutes a Day. Preferably in the Morning

    At this point, we know meditation is a good practice. It’s time to take it seriously.

        • Sit with no goal. Don’t look for enlightenment or inspiration or anything.
        • Have absolutely no agenda. Don’t worry about writing anything down.
        • Just get quiet!

    This process detaches you from the physical experience and raises your vibration.
    Abraham said, “You know you’re doing it right when you say to yourself or anyone that asks “I wouldn’t miss a day!””

    Create a list of Positive Aspects for Any Troublesome Situation ​​​​​​​

    If you’re struggling with a situation or person, create a list of positive aspects. For example, if you hate your job, your list might look like this:

        • It’s good to have a job
        • Working at home is great
        • I enjoy my co-workers
        • Most of my clients are wonderul
        • I’m good at what I do
        • etc

    You get the idea. Listing positive aspects of a trying situation helps put you in a calmer frame of mind. You can then see creative and positive solutions to attract a better situation.

    Abraham says, “Practice until your opinion of them is separate from their behavior.”

    ​​​​​Daily To Do List for You AND the Universe

    This is my favorite! Every day as you create your daily list of tasks create two columns. On the left side of the page list what you will accomplish and on the right side list what the universe will take care of.
    For the right side, start small and build up. Large goals tend to have too much baggage attached making it tough to relax and get out of the way.

    Some examples of how I’ve used this tool.
        • The Universe led me to the perfect workshop venue within my price range.
        • It sent me to a meetup with an amazing group of fellow LOA minded people in Florida.
        • My friend received all the pieces she needed to complete a home renovation over the weekend.

    This is just a taste of what was discussed but it’s a great place to start.

    ​​​​​​​Give it try! Be playful, step aside and trust! Be sure to record what happens, You’ll be surprised!
