Let's Face It...
Performance Anxiety Is Soul Sucking!
You recognize the signs. Sweaty palms, racing pulse, brain freeze, a sudden urge to retreat to the nearest happy hour! It's awful and not just limited to getting up in front of a group, it can happen at a cocktail party!
The thought of speaking up or speaking publicly can be overwhelming for so many of us. It was for me! I felt continually frustrated because no matter how hard I tried, I just couldn't get over it. I tried toastmasters, hypnosis, and presentation classes but they didn't help because no one understood my fear.
I did a good job of hiding my nerves and joking about it but the truth is, it wasn't funny. It was soul sucking!
It Affects You In More Ways Than You Might Think!
Fear of the spotlight is so much more than stage fright. It impacts many other areas of your life too. You stop yourself from voicing your opinion in a meeting, giving a toast, introducing someone, promoting your business or even having a tough one-on-one conversation.
What If You Could Release Even A Small Amount Of Your Fear? Think Of The Possibilities!
Fear can be debilitating but if you could reduce it by 25% or 50% or even 100% wouldn't it make a difference in your life?
As I learned to manage my own fear, I became determined to help others own their authenticity and overcome their fear of the spotlight, so I created my own program.
This program is about learning how to embrace who you are and not change who you are, that's what makes my program different! When you embrace your own style and learn to speak from the heart, your natural ability to communicate effectively comes through!
I’m not kidding when I say you’ll laugh, (you might) cry – you’ll overcome!
Admitting you're afraid or struggling isn't easy but done in the right environment, it's freeing. My workshop is fun, empowering and provides you with the knowledge, tools and support you need to unleash your greatness with a group that understands what you're going through.
